LICSW Board-Approved Supervisor
I offer supportive and experienced clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians working toward their LICSW. My approach focuses on fostering professional growth, strengthening clinical skills, and providing the crucial guidance needed to confidently navigate the path to licensure.
I strive to create a collaborative and welcoming environment where learning and skill development are prioritized. I have extensive experience in clinical supervision. I have supervised behavioral health teams in large organizations in the Twin Cities who served clients with multifaceted and complex, co-occurring mental health disorders.

Cultural Competence in Behavioral Health Trainings
In today's diverse and evolving communities, behavioral health professionals must be equipped with more than clinical knowledge; they must also understand the cultural, historical, and systemic factors that shape the experiences of the people they serve. Our Cultural Competence in Behavioral Health training is designed to strengthen clinical skills while deepening subject knowledge around race, identity, and systemic inequities that influence mental health outcomes.
With years of professional training and applied practice in cultural responsiveness and anti-racism education, this program provides behavioral health providers with evidence-informed tools to improve care, build trust with marginalized communities, and foster more inclusive treatment environments.
Anti-Racism in Behavioral Health Practice
Participants explore practical strategies for integrating anti-racist principles into clinical care, supervision, and organizational culture. This training emphasizes how clinicians can move beyond awareness and apply actionable approaches in their daily work with clients and colleagues.
Understanding Systemic and Institutional Racism
Drawing on years of study and professional training in cultural competency and health equity, this module examines how systemic and institutional racism have shaped healthcare systems over time. Participants learn how policies, practices, and historical inequities continue to impact behavioral health access and outcomes.
Impact of Racism on Marginalized Communities
Clinicians gain deeper knowledge of how racism, discrimination, and intergenerational trauma affect the mental health and well-being of marginalized populations. The training integrates research, clinical case examples, and culturally informed approaches that support more effective engagement and treatment.
Creating Meaningful Change and Inclusive Cultures
Beyond awareness, this training helps professionals develop the clinical and organizational skills necessary to foster inclusive, equitable environments. Participants learn practical tools for advocacy, culturally responsive communication, and collaborative strategies that support lasting systemic change.
