Payment Options
Payment options include use of your health insurance (in or out of network), private direct payment per session, and FSA or HSA plans.

Sliding Scale
A limited number of sliding fee scale appointments may be available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me to discuss options and determine what may best meet your needs.
Cancellation & No Show
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee equivalent to the full session rate. A valid payment card must be kept on file for all clients.
