Evaluations

As a Minnesota-licensed trauma-informed psychotherapist, I provide immigration psychological evaluations with a deep commitment to compassion, cultural understanding, and clinical integrity.

For many years, I have worked closely with immigrant communities across Minnesota in clinical settings that focus on trauma-informed treatment and healing. Through my work, I have developed extensive experience supporting individuals and families who have experienced trauma, persecution, forced displacement, and the challenges of rebuilding life in a new country.

My evaluations are grounded in trauma-informed clinical practices that recognize the profound emotional and psychological impact of migration, loss, and uncertainty. My understanding of these experiences is not only professional but also deeply personal. Having lived through civil war and displacement myself, I bring a unique perspective and a profound respect for the resilience of those who have survived conflict and migration.

This lived experience allows me to approach each evaluation with empathy, sensitivity, and a meaningful appreciation for the complex journeys many immigrants carry with them. Immigration evaluations require careful listening, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of trauma and displacement. My goal is to provide a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported while ensuring their experiences are documented with professionalism, care, and integrity.
